Each Level 5 Mentoring product or program has its own refund terms, listed on its checkout or registration page.
Because most of our live experiences involve real-time delivery and limited seats, live group sessions, private mentoring, and one-on-one programs are non-refundable once begun.
For courses or digital programs with a stated trial or refund window, requests must be made within that period by contacting Support.
Payment plans follow the full agreement unless a trial period is clearly stated at purchase.
